Horizon High hosts Spring signing day

The commitment of five Hawks to advance their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level was celebrated Monday, April 3, during the signing ceremony hosted at the Horizon High gymnasium.

Horizon High School hosted a Spring signing day ceremony Monday, April 4. 

The effort of five student-athletes was celebrated as they signed their National Letters of Intent to commit to their respective colleges, where they will further their academic studies and athletic careers. 

SIGNEES: 

  • Nelson Castellanos: Boys volleyball, signed with Lees-McCrae College
  • Cruz Frosch: Football, signed with Castleton University
  • Linnea Preston: Girls volleyball, signed with Santa Fe College
  • Hannah Pridgeon: Girls volleyball, signed with Simmons University
  • Bo Wargel: Football, signed with Catholic University


Nelson Castellanos signed with Lees-McCrae College, where he will join the men's volleyball team and continue his academic studies.
