Winter Garden PD collecting unused, expired drugs

The Winter Garden Police Department is participating in the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration National Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday, April 22, to remove potentially dangerous controlled substances from homes.

Residents can take unused, expired or unwanted pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications to the police station, 251 W. Plant St., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for safe disposal.
