The home at 8438 Tibet Butler Drive, Windermere, sold Aug. 21, for $1,345,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,464 square feet of living area. Days on market: 50. The selling agent was Ramon Brandao, Webb Florida Realty LLC.
