A Keene’s Pointe estate topped all Windermere residential real-estate transactions from Dec. 4 to 10, 2023.

The home at 6507 Rosella Court, Windermere, sold Dec. 8, for $5,900,000. Built in 2007, it has seven bedrooms, seven-and-one-half baths and 10,485 square feet of living area. Days on market: Two. The sellers were represented by Deanna Sechrest.

The home at 8418 Kemper Lane, Windermere, sold Dec. 6, for $1,350,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,724 square feet of living area. Days on market: Five.
