Several schools in the West Orange and Southwest Orange areas have seen their 2022-23 basketball season come to an end in both, the boys' and the girls' side.
However, the Dr. Phillips girls varsity basketball team, the Windermere boys varsity basketball team and the Windermere Prep boys varsity basketball team still remain in the pile of teams that continue fighting for regional and state championship titles.
CENTRAL FLORIDA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY
BOYS
The CFCA boys varsity team is still alive in the battle for the Class 2A, District 7 Region 2 championship title.
The Eagles (18-10) fell 74-72 to Victory Christian Academy (23-5) Tuesday, Feb. 21, during the regional semifinals.
GIRLS
The Lady Eagles (20-8) ended their season after falling to Faith Christian (14-11) 61-52 Friday, Feb. 17, during the Class 2A, District 7 Region 2 championship game.

GIRLS
The Lady Panthers (28-1) continue their pursuit for a back-to-back state championship title after defeating Oak Ridge (20-9) 83-50 during the Class 7A, District 5 Region 2 championship game Friday, Feb. 17.
The girls are now part of the Final Four teams competing for a state championship and are ready to face Miami (23-5) during the state semifinals at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.
LEGACY CHARTER
BOYS
The Legacy Charter boys varsity basketball team ended their season after falling to the Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles 77-57 Friday, Feb. 16, during the Class 2A, District 7 Region 2 quarterfinals.
FOUNDATION ACADEMY
BOYS
The Foundation (19-9) Academy boys varsity basketball team ended their season after falling to Bell Creek Academy (24-5) 59-39 Thursday, Feb. 16, during the Class 3A, District 6 Region 2 quarterfinals.
OCOEE
BOYS
The Ocoee Knights boys varsity basketball team (15-12) ended their season after falling to Hagerty (23-6) 60-41 Thursday, Feb. 16, during the Class 7A, District 3 Region 1 quarterfinals.
OLYMPIA
BOYS
The Olympia High School boys varsity basketball team (26-3) had an abrupt end to its season after falling 66-51 to the Windermere Wolverines (21-7) Tuesday, Feb. 21, during the Class 7A, District 5 Region 2 semifinals.
WINDERMERE
BOYS
The Windermere Wolverines (26-3) continue their pursuit for a state championship title after defeating the Olympia Titans 66-51 Tuesday, Feb. 21, during the Class 7A, District 5 Region 2 semifinals.
The boys are now set to travel to Oak Ridge at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, to play in the regional championship game.
WINDERMERE PREP
BOYS
The Lakers (22-7) continue their pursuit for a state championship after defeating Benjamin (16-11) 63-35 Tuesday, Feb. 21, during the Class 2A, District 6 Region 2 semifinals.
The boys are set to host King's Academy at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, for the regional championship game.
