The Olympia High School boys wrestling team became 3A District 4 champion after defeating Apopka High School Tuesday, Jan. 3 at the district dual meet.

"We set a goal as a team to win the district dual meet this season," head boys wrestling coach Jeremy Bourst said. "This is a big win for our program and the first District Dual Meet championship for Olympia High School."

Other teams participating were Ocoee High School and Windermere High School. Olympia defeated all three teams. The Titans defeated Apopka 40-39, Ocoee 42-40 and Windermere 58-21.

"We returned a majority of our team from last season that finished third in the district in 2021 and felt like we had a good chance to win it this year," Bourst said.
