West Orange Habitat to break ground on three new homes

West Orange Habitat for Humanity is holding a groundbreaking ceremony for its next three homes to be built in east Winter Garden. It begins at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 748 Bethune Ave.

The Habitat affiliate has been working closely with the city of Winter Garden to address the need for affordable housing in east Winter Garden. West Orange Habitat oversees the construction of these single-family residences, using sustainable materials and environmentally friendly building and landscaping practices.
