The Athlete Maker Strength and Conditioning program is taking place at Windermere Preparatory School until Thursday, July 27.
The workouts, led by head weightlifting coach Micah Kurtz offer athletes from different schools in the area intensive training sessions to improve their athletic skills.
Workouts divide into different sessions:
- The Future Athlete Speed and Strength Training (F.A.S.S.T.): session runs from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, and is available to rising fifth to eight graders. Price for the entire summer is $325, for one month is $175, for one week is $65 and, for daily drop-in is $25.
- High School Female Training: session runs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and is available to high school female athletes. Price for the entire summer is $325, for one month is $175, for one week is $65 and, for daily drop-in is $25.
- High School Male Training: session runs from 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and is available to high school female athletes. Price for the entire summer is $325, for one month is $175, for one week is $65 and, for daily drop-in is $25.
