During the month of July, nine members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, West Stake campus, helped unload 26 pallets of food that weighted 32,674 pounds at the Southeastern Food Bank facility located in Orlando.

According to a press release, the church and SEFB have been partnering for the more than 10 years to "spread the love of Jesus Christ through the distribution of food and supplies to those facing food insecurity."

The pallets that arrived at the SEFB contained items such as spaghetti, pancake mix, syrup, beans, flour and cereal.

According to a press release, "The food will benefit tens of thousands of individuals and families across 25 counties."

Recently, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been donating a substantial amount of food and supplies since SEFB has experienced a 25% increase in demand as a result of inflation.
