CrossFit Iron Shamrock hosts "Murph" workout event

Recently, the CrossFit Iron Shamrock located in Winter Garden hosted the challenging "Murph" workout, which consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and another 1-mile run.

The CrossFit Iron Shamrock located in the City of Winter Garden recently hosted "The Murph" workout challenge. 

This workout was named after Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. 

The workout consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and another 1-mile run.

Owner of CrossFit Iron Shamrock Tiffany Ferlmann said on a press release, "We are truly honored to have hosted the 'Murph' workout challenge and pay tribute to Lt. Murphy and all the fallen heroes who have selflessly given their lives for our country. This event provided our community with an opportunity to come together, showing our utmost respect and gratitude for these courageous men and women." 

CrossFit Iron Shamrock will continue hosting events to foster community engagement while promoting physical fitness.
