An estate in Isleworth became the largest home sale in Central Florida history.

The home at 9538 Blanche Cove Drive, Windermere, Windermere, sold Feb. 18, for $35 million. Built in 2019, it has six bedrooms, nine baths, five half-baths and 26,447 square feet of living area on 3.2 acres. The selling agency was Isleworth Realty.

The home at 6409 Lake Burden View Drive, Windermere, sold Feb. 22, for $3.8 million. Built in 2006, it has six bedrooms, five baths, three half-baths and 8,078 square feet of living area. Days on market: 66.

The home at 8429 Bowden Way, Windermere, sold Feb. 22, for $915,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,564 square feet of living area. Days on market: Five.

LAKE DOWN SHORES
The home at 2730 Midsummer Drive, Windermere, sold Feb. 24, for $2.2 million. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,452 square feet of living area. Days on market: Seven.
