Families had the opportunity to spend the day together and enjoy fun games and activities Saturday, March 4, during the annual Horizon West Fest, which celebrated “All the Things.” The day included music, stage performances, carnival rides and a chance to visit the booths of dozens of vendors offering food, drinks and information on their businesses.
