Ocoee holds municipal elections

Ocoee residents will either reelect Rusty Johnson for another term as their mayor or vote in one of his challengers, District 4 George Oliver III or Chris Adkins, as their new mayor.

The City of Ocoee municipal elections are currently underway. 

Residents are voting between the following candidates:

MAYOR

  • Chris Adkins
  • Rusty Johnson (Incumbent)
  • George Oliver III


DISTRICT 1 COMMISSIONER

  • Hope Bellamy
  • Scott Kennedy


DISTRICT 3 COMMISSIONER

  • Richard Firstner (Incumbent)
  • Shante Munns


If no candidate gets more than 50% of the votes, there will be a runoff election Tuesday, April 11. Polls close at 7 p.m. 

Elected candidates will serve for four years.
