Dr. Phillips High boys volleyball advance to regional semifinals

After defeating the Sports Leadership & Management Spartans 3-0, the Panthers secured another round of post play and will face the Celebration Storm at 7 p.m. Friday, May 12, in the regional semis.

The Dr. Phillips High varsity boys volleyball team advanced to the regional semifinals after defeating Sports Leadership and Management 3-0 during the regional quarterfinals Tuesday, May 9.

The Panthers (17-6) defeated the Spartans in three sets: 25-20, 25-15 and 25-20.

The boys are now ready to face Celebration High School at 7 p.m. Friday, May 12, in the regional semifinals.
