PHOTOS: Windermere High football defeats Astronaut

The Windermere High School varsity football team played its spring football game against Astronaut High, and brought home its first win of the year with a score of 33-8 Friday, May 19.

The Wolverines got ahead during the first quarter and maintained the lead all the way until the end of the game, which — due to inclement weather — was cut short at the end of the second quarter.

This was the first victory of the program in a spring football game since the foundation of the school in 2017.
