Ocoee police investigating Thursday night homicide

The Ocoee Police Department is investigating a homicide that took place around 8:20 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9.

Officers responded to a shooting on the northeast corner of Clarke and Silver Star roads and discovered a man with multiple gunshot wounds. Fire Rescue was in the area and rendered medical aid immediately. The victim, who is not being identified until family is notified, was taken to Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
