The West Orange Junior Service League is presenting a 5K Spooky Sprint Saturday, Oct. 14. The kids half-mile fun run begins at 6 p.m., and the 5K run/walk starts at 6:30. Both take place through the Oakland Park community.
The event includes trick-or-treating, food trucks and activities.
Folks who register will receive a custom T-shirt and finisher medal. Prizes will be awarded for the top male and female finishers.
