Fire & Knife is now open in the Winter Garden area.

The family-owned pizzeria market, which opened a few weeks ago, serves artisan pizzas, subs, pastas, salads, soups, desserts and more.

The restaurant is owned by fourth-generation pizza makers from New Jersey that now live in the Horizon West community.

The market offers dine-in, pick-up, delivery and catering options.

Fire & Knife is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and can be found at 13848 Tilden Road, Suite 178, Winter Garden.
