The Rosen JCC in Southwest Orange has released a list of organizations it recommends to support Israel.

Hadassah
Hadassah has been sustaining a vibrant Jewish state and paving the way for a pioneering health care. Your support is urgently needed to purchase medical supplies, essential equipment, and other indispensable devices for healing and saving lives during this time of war.

American Friends of Magen David Adorn
Founded in 1940 as the American Red Magen David for Israel, American Friends of Magen David Adorn is the sole authorized fundraising and advocacy organization in the United States supporting the lifesaving efforts of Magen David Adorn in Israel and representing MDA in the US in all matters. Your donation ensures Magen David Adom's 33,000 paramedics, EMTS, first responders and first-aid providers — volunteers and staff — have the training, equipment and medical supplies they need to treat the thousands of injured civilians and soldiers.

Jewish National Fund-USA
Jewish National Fund-USA provides rescue and relief services to communities affected by the war and is mobilizing for the post-war healing and recovery effort, especially for those living along the Gaza border. Programs and services include funding psychological treatment through a network of resilience centers and therapeutic facilities, which play a crucial role in helping individuals and communities overcome the emotional and psychological challenges brought about by the conflict.

lsraAID
Established in 2001, lsraAID provides immediate disaster response and long-term support to communities affected by natural disaster, disease and war. The organization provides emergency medical care, post-trauma mental health support, relief items, water, sanitation and hygiene solutions.

American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee
Since 1914, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee has given global expression to the principle that all Jews are responsible for one another. The organization provides emergency relief and support to those in the line of fire, including elderly, people with disabilities, children and families at risk, and other vulnerable populations adversely impacted during this war and in past conflicts.

Thank Israeli Soldiers
Thank Israeli Soldiers supports initiatives that embrace, educate and empower soldiers throughout their IDF service and beyond. Soldiers are on the front lines to protect Israel and freedom everywhere. Your support will fund emergency units with essentials desperately needed by soldiers and reservists on the front lines.

Friends of the IDF
Friends of the IDF is a non-political, non-military organization that works closely with the Israel Defense Forces to provide for the well-being of its soldiers, veterans, and family members. Established in 1981 by a group of Holocaust survivors, FIDF is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that operates 25 chapters across the United States with headquarters in New York City. It is the single organization authorized to collect charitable donations on behalf of the IDF in the United States.
