Oakland hosting State of the Town

Oakland Mayor Kathy Stark is presenting her annual State of the Town address Monday, Oct. 16, at the Healthy West Orange Arts & Heritage Center at the Town of Oakland. Refreshments will be served at 6:30 p.m., and the address begins at 7 p.m.

Stark will share a comprehensive overview of the town's accomplishments, challenges and future endeavors. Residents, local businesses and community partners are invited to participate in the address

This year's event will focus on highlighting the town's progress in various areas, including infrastructure development, community engagement initiatives, responsible growth and environmental protection initiatives.
