County hosting tree giveaway

Orange County is handing out free trees during its Adopt-a-Tree program from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 21. The trees will be given at Dr. P. Phillips Community Park, 8249 Buenavista Woods Blvd., Orlando, through Orange County’s UF/IFAS Extension Service.

Residents are limited to two trees per household and are asked to bring proof of residency in the form of a driver’s license, photo ID or utility bill.
