The home at 370 Covered Bridge Drive, Ocoee, sold Oct. 17, for $615,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. Days on market: 52. The sellers were represented by David Dorman, Century 21 Professional Group.

PRESERVE AT CROWN POINT
