Here’s your chance to learn American Sign Language for free. Windermere Town Council Member Mandy David is leading the beginner classes from 1 to 3 p.m. Fridays, Sept. 8, through Oct. 27. An intermediate course takes place from 2 to 3 p.m.

The classes are open to anyone ages 13 and older and take place at the Community Conference Room, Building 100, 614 Main St., Windermere. Registration is not necessary.
