Winter Garden hosted a solemn ceremony Monday, Sept. 11, to acknowledge the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The Sept. 11 Remembrance Ceremony, held on the front steps of Winter Garden City Hall, was a chance for the city and residents to remember and honor the lives lost on 9/11, as well as the heroes who emerged. The ceremony also recognized the 61st anniversary of the Sea Cadets.
