The home at 16750 Sanctuary Drive, Winter Garden, sold Sept. 12, for $1,500,000. Built in 2020, it has five bedrooms, five baths and 4,242 square feet of living area. Days on market: 43. The selling agent was Ellyn Siviglia, The Real Estate Collection LLC.
