The town of Oakland is providing up to 10 sandbags for residents who show proper identification.
The self-serve filling location is at the northeast corner of South Walker Street and West Hull Avenue. Residents must bring their own shovel.
Bags are available at Oakland Town Hall until 5 p.m.
