Back-to-school immunizations offered

The Department of Health-Orange County is providing free immunizations for students in anticipation of the new school year. The shots will be administered at various schools in Central Florida.

In West Orange and Southwest Orange County, students can receive their immunizations at the following times and locations:

• 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, at Ocoee Middle School, 300 S. Bluford Ave., Ocoee

• 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Horizon West Middle School, 8500 Tattant Blvd., Windermere

• 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Chain of Lakes Middle School, 8700 Conroy Windermere Road, Orlando

• 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at Bridgewater Middle School, 5600 Tiny Road, Winter Garden.
