The 1,400-square-foot venue will accommodate up to 120 guests, with both standing and patio seating available. The space also will be available to rent for private events.

Since opening its first location in 2022 off Hoffner Avenue, Brewlando has been creating, serving and canning custom brews at its taproom and brewery, and owner Shara Pathak has set her sights on ICON Park as the home of Brewlando’s second concept, which expands into wines and cider.

Pathak is a Central Florida resident and a graduate of the University of Central Florida. Under her guidance and expertise, Brewlando is one of the 2% of breweries in the country that is fully woman-owned. The new location will create about 10 jobs on International Drive.

"At Brewlando, our mission has always been to create unforgettable experiences through our craft beverages, and The Winery & Tasting Room is a natural extension of that philosophy,” Pathak said. “Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that every detail — from the inviting décor to the rich tapestry of flavors in our offerings — embodies our commitment to excellence.”
