Isleworth estate tops Windermere sales from Aug. 19 to 25

An Isleworth estate home topped all Windermere residential real-estate transactions from Aug. 19 to 25.

The home at 5243 Isleworth Country Club Drive, Windermere, sold Aug. 20, for $5,250,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths and 6,424 square feet of living area. Days on market: Nine. The sellers were represented by Simon Simaan, The Simon Simaan Group.

The home at 11720 Via Lucerna Circle, Windermere, sold Aug. 20, for $488,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,581 square feet of living area. Days on market: 21.

CHAINE DU LAC
The home at 12237 Park Ave., Windermere, sold Aug. 23, for $3,350,000. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 5,899 square feet of living area. Days on market: 14.

ESTATES AT WINDERMERE
The home at 2111 Ridgewind Way, Windermere, sold Aug. 23, for $1,250,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 3,880 square feet of living area. Days on market: 49.

ISLEWORTH
The home at 5243 Isleworth Country Club Drive, Windermere, sold Aug. 20, for $5,250,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths and 6,424 square feet of living area. Days on market: Nine.

MANORS AT BUTLER BAY
The home at 2632 Carter Grove Circle, Windermere, sold Aug. 20, for $860,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,835 square feet of living area. Days on market: Eight.

WESTOVER CLUB
The home at 1924 Katie Hill Way, Windermere, sold Aug. 21, for $900,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 4,169 square feet of living area. Days on market: 61.
