Christmas cheer will invade the town of Windermere by land and sea this weekend.

The fun kicks off with the 2024 Windermere Boat Parade, which begins at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. The parade begins at Bird Island.

Residents are encouraged to deck out their boats in holiday cheer for the annual boat parade.

Then the next evening, the 2024 Windermere Golf Cart Parade takes over downtown at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, beginning at Central Park.

Participants are invited to gather at 4:30 p.m. at Central Park to socialize and compare decorations. Then, they will embark on a tour of Windermere and end at Windermere Brewing.
