The home at 9012 Pinnacle Circle, Windermere, sold Jan. 31, for $1,895,000. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 3,585 square feet of living area. Days on market: 82. The sellers were represented by Chris Christensen, Compass Florida LLC.
