Roper YMCA plans Healthy Community Day of Action

The Roper YMCA Family Center is hosting a Healthy Community Day of Action from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17. Guests can participate in interactive stations to learn how to live healthy and reduce their chances of cardiovascular disease, stroke, brain injuries and spinal injuries.

A number of community-based organizations will be on hand to share their resources, and Orlando Health clinicians will be in attendance. Guests can join a healthy-eating class, attend an exercise training or start an art project.

The Y is at 100 Windermere Road, Winter Garden.
