Isleworth estate tops Windermere sales from Feb. 11 to 17

An Isleworth estate topped all Windermere residential real-estate transactions from Feb. 11 to 17.

The home at 5226 Isleworth Country Club Drive, Windermere, sold Feb. 15, for $4,950,000. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, five baths, four half-baths and 7,821 square feet of living area. Days on market: 68. The sellers were represented by Monica Lochmandy, Isleworth Realty LLC.
