Prose Horizons Village opens in Horizon West

Prose Horizons Village is now open in the Horizon West area.

The new 300-unit apartment community was developed by Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation.

Prose Horizons Village offers a modern, luxury living environment with accessibility to numerous employment hubs throughout West Orange County.

The complex is located in close proximity to Orlando's theme parks, as well as a wide array of dining, shopping, healthcare, educational and outdoor recreation options.

The community’s one-and two-bedroom floor plans average about 1,008 square feet. The units feature granite countertops and custom cabinetry, Samsung stainless-steel appliances, dining sized kitchen islands, plank flooring and walk-in closets. 

Community amenities include a clubroom with an entertainment kitchen and resident lounge, a business center with dedicated co-working spaces, a parcel pending concierge package locker system, a resort-style pool with in-pool lounge seating, a fully equipped fitness center, and a pet park.

The community is the latest addition to Alliance’s growing portfolio of Prose-branded developments throughout Central Florida and is modeled off of its sister property, Prose Avalon Pointe, which welcomed its first residents in early 2023.

Alliance has three additional communities under construction, with several more planned throughout Central Florida.
