The home at 1372 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, sold June 21, for $750,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,260 square feet of living area. Days on market: 90. The sellers were represented by Nicholas Whitehouse, Re/Max Prime Properties.

The home at 30 E. Palmetto St., Winter Garden, sold June 17, for $298,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 880 square feet of living area. Days on market: Two.

STONEYBROOK WEST
The townhouse at 1579 Priory Circle, Winter Garden, sold June 18, for $385,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. Days on market: 40.
