The PGA Tour has made its way back to Orlando for one of the most popular and famous stops on its calendar, the 2024 Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Having kicked off on Monday, March 4 with its Pro-Am tournament, the festivities will continue the entire week — with the actual invitational competition starting on Thursday at 6:45 a.m. and finishing with the tournament’s famous red cardigan scheduled to be draped on the shoulder of the 2024 champion on Sunday, March 10.

The star-studded field of 70 golfers is highlighted by current Official World Golf Ranking’s No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler and other major champions like Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Jordan Speith, Jason Day, Keegan Bradley, Collin Morikawa, Justin Rose, Adam Scott and others.

The field also includes fan favorites Rickie Fowler and Tommy Fleetwood, as well as defending API champion Kurt Kitayama.

Along with the four rounds of golf scheduled to run from early Thursday morning to the competition’s completion on Sunday, each of the four competition days also will have a special event.

From 12 to 3 p.m. on opening round Thursday, fans in attendance can attend the tournament’s Throwback Thursday event. Located at “The Landing” at the fairway on hole No. 9, fans can take a picture with past tournament trophies, shop exclusive throwback merch items and even experience throwback pricing on select food items.

On Friday from 2 to 5 p.m., API’s Wine & Dine on 9, its annual food and wine event with local restaurants, will take place at The Landing at the fairway on hole No. 9. Saturday follows the wine and cheese plates with some good ole fashion BBQ. The Birdies & BBQ event, also at The Landing, will go from 12 to 3 p.m.

To finish the weekend of golf and festivities, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday active duty and retired service members and military veterans in attendance are invited to a special gathering place, the “Patriots’ Outpost” in partnership with the PGA Tour’s Birdies for the Brave program.
