The new location, at 11020 Daryl Carter Parkway near the Dr. Phillips and Bay Hill areas, will be the second of three planned Eggs Up Grills for franchise owners Geoff Giordano and Kate Rozen. The first location is located in Apopka.

“What we have experienced since opening the Apopka Eggs Up Grill is the absolute joy of bringing the community together," Rozen said. "Our food creates an experience that is memorable, warm and friendly. We get to do this all over again in a new community, and we just can’t wait to be open in such an up-and-coming area, as well as see our children continue to grow up in this business with us.”

The 2,500 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The eatery will seat 105 people indoor and 20 people outdoor.

Eggs Up Grill will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available.

The restaurant also is hiring for all positions. Those who wish to apply can click here.
