Yes, the weather is heating up, and that means one thing: Summer is coming!

Home State Brewing Co. is welcoming the season with a nine-hour Summerpalooza party, scheduled for noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at the Hamlin brewery, 16016 New Independence Parkway, Suite 100, Winter Garden.

The party will feature live music from brewer Justin Alcaraz (noon to 1 p.m.), Kevin Baker (1:30 to 4:30 p.m.) and Shamnic Rootz (6 to 9 p.m.). Food options will include items from Twisted Plates and Abbott’s Frozen Custard.

The party also will feature a variety of vendors, new beer releases, new Home State swag, games and more.
