Palm Beach Society Orchestra to perform at Pilars

The orchestra was formerly the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra.

The Palm Beach Society Orchestra will take the stage at Pilars Martini & Loft this weekend.

The orchestra performs from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Pilars, 146 W. Plant St., Suite 120, Winter Garden.

Formerly the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Hotel, the band consists of seasoned musicians who have been in the business for decades, creating magic for guests that come from around the world. 

The band is led by trombonist Harold “H” Johnson, whose résumé includes performing throughout the country and a 40-year career with Walt Disney World.
