SweatHouz now open in Horizon West

SweatHouz is now open in Horizon West.

The contrast therapy studio offers a multitude of wellness amenities to help with recovery following exercise.

The new location offers a private infrared sauna, cold plunge suites, vitamin C showers and more.

Benefits of the services include reduced inflammation and better management of pain, as well as improved immunity, sleep, recovery and performance.

The Horizon West health spa can be found at 5724 Hamlin Groves Trail, Winter Garden.

The studio is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
