I recently visited Andy's Frozen Custard (1501 Maguire Road, Ocoee), and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the simple and happy ambiance was apparent. The red-and-white-tiled theme instantly gave off a retro vibe, reminiscent of the classic 50s diners I loved as a kid. Adding to the charm were the large garage doors that open up the lobby area, ensuring it felt spacious and inviting rather than boxed in. What I loved the most was there is a drive-thru — maximum convenience for when the sweet tooth strikes. 

The customer service at Andy's was both fast and friendly. Although you may think there's only so much you can say about an ice cream spot, Andy's offers a wide variety of flavors and options that will keep you staring at the menu board longer than you think possible. They truly have something for everyone. 

What truly set Andy's apart for me was the staff. It's no easy task to have a group of young professionals work like they did. Each employee consistently looked me in the eye, smiled and was polite. At Andy's, the staff was genuinely friendly and courteous. Staff worked quickly, but I never felt rushed, and if they were stressed, they never showed it. Their patience was evident even when I asked countless questions about their variety of options, and they simply answered each one with a smile. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.

Andy's Frozen Custard offers not only delicious frozen treats but also an atmosphere that makes you want to linger and enjoy the moment. Whether you're a fan of classic vanilla, rich chocolate or something more adventurous, Andy's has it all. The quality of the frozen custard is top-notch, and every bite was a testament to Andy’s commitment to excellence.
