It's Election Day: Find your polling place and voting details here

Polling places are open all over West and Southwest Orange County until 7 p.m. tonight for residents to cast their ballots.

Election Day is here, and for those who didn't vote early or by mail, it's time to head to your local polling place to cast your ballot. 

Polls are open today until 7:00 p.m., and on Election Day, you are required to vote at the assigned polling place in the precinct you live in.

Of the many races voters will decide on, two local elections will have major impacts on the West Orange and Southwest Orange County area: Orange County School Board District 4 and Orange County District 1 Commission.

Another thing to remember when voting is you are required to bring both photo and signature identification with you. 

Here's a list of valid identifications:

  • Florida driver's license
  • Florida identification card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
  • U.S. passport
  • Debit or credit card
  • Military identification
  • Student identification
  • Retirement center identification
  • Neighborhood association identification
  • Public assistance identification
  • Florida concealed weapon or firearm license
  • Government-issued employee identification card (any government level) 
  • Veteran health identification card issue
