Tap Into Theater presenting “Annie”

The production will be showcased Nov. 16 at the Dr. Phillips Center.

Tap Into Theater Academy, a pre-professional academy known for adding the art of tap dance to classic productions, is preparing for its next show: “Annie Jr.” It will be presented at 4:30 and 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

The performers will be bringing a fresh rhythm to this beloved story. In the cast are Noelle Rivera as Molly; Lily Rhoads as Pepper; Kamila Sarria as Duffy; Daniella Rivera as July; Harper Jacobson as Tessie; Caroline McCarty as Annie; Valentina Cubillos as Kate; Elisabeth Hurt as Miss Hannigan; Brady Cox as Bundles/Burt Healy; Lauren Wilson as Dog Catcher/Servant; Bodie as Sandy; Ansley McMullen as Office Ward/Drake; Zoey Leet as Grace; Hannah Magill as Olivia Warbucks; Jillian Vidiri as Star-To-Be; Kaiya Olds as Rooster/Servant; Hannah McGinnis as Lily/Servant; and Destiny Benoit, Nia McGhie, Rylie Redfearn, Berkley Rustmann, Luna Titus, Clare Webber, Harlow Bernard, Randolph Kreh, Juniper Rustmann and Mackenzie Shafton as Orphans.

Tina Evans is the owner and director, and Alice Peterson is vocal director.

Aside from earning her journalism degree from the University of Georgia, she hasn’t strayed too far from her hometown and her three-mile bubble.
