A Reserve at Lake Butler Sound estate topped all West Orange and Southwest Orange residential real-estate transactions from Nov. 4 to 10.

The home at 6120 Kirkstone Lane, Windermere, sold Nov. 5, for $3,800,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths and 6,972 square feet of living area. Days on market: 165.

The estate features a grand dining room with a butler’s pantry, wine room, movie theater and large bonus room. The home also features vaulted ceilings, custom stone work and an elevator. The outdoor amenities include a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and a dock with boat lift.

The sellers were represented by Monica Lochmandy, Isleworth Realty LLC. Leonardo Pereira, Charles Rutenberg Realty Orlando, represented the buyers.
