The home at 2508 Hempel Cove Court, Windermere, sold Nov. 14, for $1,770,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, six baths and 5,478 square feet of living area. Days on market: Five. The sellers were represented by Simon Simaan, The Simon Simaan Group.
