Grand Central Pizza Station has opened in the city of Ocoee.

The eatery celebrated its grand opening with a weekend full of events Nov. 8 and Nov. 9 with free samples, swag items and more. The first 50 people in line each day received a card for free pizza for year.

The pizzas are New York-inspired and veteran-crafted. Veterans and first responders get a 10% discount with a valid ID.

The menu includes both whole pies and pizza by the slice with a multitude of fresh toppings, garlic knots, salads, calzones and desserts.

The eatery blends the flavors of New York and Detroit pizzas, using handcrafted dough utilizing the New York WaterMaker, as well as the finest ingredients, such as Grande Cheese and Boar's Head meats.

The pizza stop is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is located at 352 Moore Road, Ocoee.
