The home at 11555 Willow Gardens Drive, Windermere, sold Nov. 18, for $1,450,000. Built in 1994, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,754 square feet of living area. Days on market: Eight. The sellers were represented by Bistra Iordanova, Infinite Real Estate.

The home at 1457 Belfiore Way, Windermere, sold Nov. 20, for $1,135,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 4,173 square feet of living area. Days on market: 44.
