Limited mammograms offered Saturday

Hope Along the Way is co-hosting the screening event with the city of Winter Garden.

Hope Along the Way, in collaboration with the city of Winter Garden, will host a 3D Mammography Mobile Unit from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, Oct. 20.

Only four appointment slots remain available. These appointments are exclusively for insured and uninsured residents of Winter Garden. The city has offered to sponsor the cost of a limited number of mammograms for uninsured Winter Garden residents.

Aside from earning her journalism degree from the University of Georgia, she hasn’t strayed too far from her hometown and her three-mile bubble.
