Crooked Can Brewing Company, of Winter Garden, has unveiled a new, co-branded Orlando Magic craft beer: the Sixth Man Lager.

The multi-year partnership marks the first local craft beer deal in the Magic's history, as well as makes Crooked Can the official local craft beer of the team.

The craft beer will be available at Crooked Can and other select retailers in Central Florida. The Sixth Man Lager also will make its debut at Kia Center Oct. 25 for the Magic’s home opener vs. the Brooklyn Nets.

"The Magic are thrilled to team up with a local favorite and established brand like Crooked Can Brewery,” J.T. McWalters, Magic senior vice president of global partnerships, said. “As two organizations with Central Florida roots, we have a lot in common – pride for our community and a strong connection with our fans. With an already established Central Florida following, we look forward to growing together and amplifying our efforts in the local community.”

The partnership also will feature multiple touch points inside the Kia Center, with a branded bar on the Club Level and a branded cart on the Terrace Level.

“As the hometown beer of Orlando, we could not be more pleased to partner with the hometown team,” Andy Sheeter, Crooked Can founder, said. “We are looking forward to a successful season and a long-lasting partnership.”

As a 2024 World Beer Cup Silver Award Winner, Crooked Can is committed to delivering high-quality, innovative beers that celebrate the unique flavors of the region. Focused on community and sustainability, Crooked Can prides itself on offering exceptional quality beers.

“We are excited to be moving forward together in what we believe will be a very successful and exiting period for both our brands,” Alan Delahunt, Crooked Can managing partner, said.

Crooked Can will host a launch party for the beer from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 24 at the brewery, which is located at 426 W. Plant St., Winter Garden.
