Hope Church will honor military personnel and first responders with a special event Sunday.

The Winter Garden church will host its Hero Day from 9 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at the Winter Garden campus, 100 Windermere Road, Winter Garden.

The church will come together to party at 9 a.m. at its Outdoor Community Event, which will be followed by one service.

Festivities will include a chance to explore emergency vehicles, meet mounted patrol officers, K-9s, SWAT and more. There also will be photo spots, light refreshments and much more.
